Terms
Recovery Plus coordinates customer quote intake, booking-fee confirmation and provider dispatch. Final job acceptance depends on provider availability, vehicle condition and safe access.
Booking desk role
Recovery Plus operates as a national booking and dispatch desk. Recovery or transport may be arranged through suitable local partner drivers where available. City pages do not represent a physical branch in every city.
Quote and deposit
The customer is shown the total quoted price. The £40 Recovery Plus booking fee is included in that total and secures dispatch. Driver details and ETA are confirmed once assigned.
Customer information
Before a job proceeds, the confirmation should state the job reference, pickup area, drop-off area, vehicle details, total price, booking fee/deposit, remaining balance, payment method and cancellation/refund wording.
Safety and changes
If the vehicle is in a hazardous location, safety comes first. Prices should not change after payment unless the supplied information was wrong or conditions materially changed.
