Driver availability
In verified dispatch areas a booking can be secured quickly. In areas still being verified, Recovery Plus may confirm driver availability before taking or locking the booking fee.
Cancellation and refunds
If Recovery Plus cannot assign a suitable driver, refund/review rules apply. If the customer cancels after a driver has accepted or been dispatched, the booking fee may cover admin and dispatch work, subject to the wording confirmed before payment.
