Is the £40 booking fee extra?
No. Your total quote includes a £40 Recovery Plus booking fee. It secures dispatch and is included in the total price shown.
What happens after I request a quote?
The request appears in the operator queue for manual review or provider price entry. You can call or WhatsApp for the fastest response.
Do you show the provider price separately?
No. Customers see the total customer quote only. The provider-side estimate is an operator/admin field.
Can non-runners be recovered?
Yes, but the operator needs to know whether the vehicle starts, rolls, has keys and whether wheels are locked.
