Quote details are collected so Recovery Plus can contact you, assess the job, prepare a provider quote and manage recovery or transport dispatch.
Data collected
Recovery Plus records customer names, phone numbers, WhatsApp numbers, email where supplied, pickup and drop-off locations, vehicle details, payment references, quote/job status and photos or notes where needed for dispatch.
Why it is used
Data is used to quote accurately, contact the customer, assign a suitable local partner driver, manage payment/deposit records, handle complaints/refunds and improve source and driver performance.
Sharing
Relevant job details may be shared with an assigned recovery driver so they can complete the work. Recovery Plus should not share more information than the driver needs for the job.
Call recording
If call recording is introduced, customers and drivers should be told. Call logs and outcome notes are kept for operational quality, dispute handling and missed-call follow-up.
